Dont go too crazy eating those sugar free snacks, especially the chocolate. They may have a laxative effect.

My husband had a stroke . The brain is not functioning like it should. My husband response now is slower and blank sort of behavior. I wont say the person is happy it’s just a response from several strokes and the dementia. I pray for Lamont’s recovery.

Hi Anthony. I enjoy watching your videos. As a diabetic I have to watch my sugar intake and my carb intake. I would be very leary of anything that says zero sugar. I read all ingredients and I've found that while there isn't any of the traditional sugars there can be alcohol sugars in these zero sugar treats. Alcohol sugar is far worse than regular sugar or corn syrup. I'm a type 2 diabetic, have been for almost 20 yrs and I'm still learning about what I can and can't have. I mainly stick to a meat and veggie diet, but I've also found Skinny sauces and Skinny syrups. They have absolutely no sugars or alcohol sugars in them. If I crave something sweet I add my chocolate Skinny syrup to my almond milk. Yummy. I also add it to my coffee too, again Yummy!!!!

Good luck with your blood work and on your journey to healthier eating! With your burgers, you could use some kind of lettuce and wrap your burger inside that instead of using a bun or bread. Instead of just maybe adding a little bit to the top of your burger, wrap your burger and that will help keep everything contained lol plus give you the crunch of the crisp lettuce 😊. i'm so happy to see lamont..God is still on the throne!!!!! anthony you still have to look for the sneaky added sugars.. i always use whole grain/wheat pasta..and love it..i make my own seasonings been doing it over 15 years now js..no need to buy others when i can make my own with just what i want in it ,anthony you can make that butter you like to lolol buy butter get it room temperature add garlic and herbs of your choice refrigerate ..thats all they did js..nothing fancy about it,anywho it was great to see lamont!!! woohoo!!

You could put unsalted nuts on your list. Watch your fruit intact I guess fruit has a lot of natural sugar in it
